Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update Methods process plans
  • Create and maintain essential documents for Piper Aircraft production
  • Train and guide Methods Planners
  • Determine First Article Inspection needs
  • Support Methods Planners and Production
  • Review and endorse EOs
  • Plan EOs and EWOs
  • Input data into LN system
  • Provide planning for NCs and CAs
  • Create and release Tool Orders and TRAs
  • Develop and manage aircraft line structures
  • Write and maintain ERP System constraints
  • Coordinate new Product Features with Marketing/Sales
  • Maintain Aircraft Product Description forms
  • Manage internal website Methods data
  • Assist in configuration control
  • Plan customer service tasks
  • Create work centers in ERP system
  • Attend meetings
  • Assist in process improvements
  • Coordinate projects between Engineering and Manufacturing

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
  • Engineering degree or 10 years of Methods experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Knowledge of CAD, Teamcenter, TC vis, and NX
  • Equivalency in education and experience will be considered
