General Position Description:

The Regional Quality Control Manager will oversee Project Quality Control Managers to maintain high construction site quality. Responsibilities include building the QC Enterprise, reviewing project performances, and driving process improvement. This role collaborates closely with project executives and functional staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects and analyzes data for solutions
  • Coordinates timely reporting of QC metrics
  • Establishes strong relationships with clients
  • Ensures precise task execution and attention to detail
  • Drives continuous improvement through data analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • 15+ years in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Possession of required certifications

Physical Requirements:

  • Traverse and inspect all jobsite areas
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
