As a Die Maker Specialist, you'll be at the heart of crafting, revising, and repairing multi-station progressive dies to exacting tolerances and finish requirements.

Dive into a role where you'll bring intricate designs to life, utilizing your expertise in machining operations and bench work.

From tool design to stamping press setup, your contributions will shape the precision of our products.


And that's not all – enjoy the perks of working first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary of $58,240.

Plus, we offer a generous PTO package with bonuses, ensuring your work-life balance stays intact.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
  • Tackle challenging machining and grinding operations, pushing the boundaries of tooling and machinery.
  • Fine
  • tune die stations with critical bench operations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Take charge of setting up dies in stamping presses, following strict operational procedures.

To join our team, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A solid grasp of die maintenance and machining technology, coupled with blueprint interpretation skills.
  • Experience in form grinding to tight tolerances of .0005 or less.
  • Ideally, experience in die maintenance and operation of stamping presses and tool room machines.
