Access Services is looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) fluent in Spanish and English in Lehigh County.
Join our team where WORK/LIFE BALANCE is key. We understand the importance of balancing work and personal life, that's why we only require 20 billable hours per week. Our Behavior Analysts have a solid base salary of $72,000 with the opportunity to earn additional incentive pay of $80 to $100/hourly for billable hours beyond 80 in a 4-week cycle, which can result in an annual income ranging from $72,000 to over $100,000.
Our IBHS team is dedicated to providing therapeutic services to children and youth up to 21 years old who are facing mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
We operate in various settings such as homes, schools, and communities, focusing on collaborating with families to help children acquire positive coping skills.

Salary/Bonus/Incentive Pay:
Base salary:
$72,000
Incentive rate:
BCBAs are expected to work 80 billable hours monthly. Any billable hours beyond 80/monthly will be compensated at an incentive rate of $80-$100 per hour, providing the opportunity for BCBAs to earn $100,000 or more annually.
Work Locations:
in person, mobile, and community based in Lehigh County; meeting in homes, schools, daycares, and community locations.
Work Schedule:
Approximately 40 hours per week. You'll have a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the families and children we serve.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities of BCBA:
- Ensure ongoing assessment of behavior function and application of applied behavior analysis principles.
- Conduct skills deficits and behavioral needs assessments.
- Develop ITP goals and behavioral interventions.
- Supervise behavioral consultants and support staff training.
- Monitor and interpret data for intervention adjustments.
- Model adherence to ethical guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
- Support staff in treatment integrity measures and follow-up care planning.
- Provide behavior analytic services directly to clients' families.
Qualifications of BCBA:
Requirements for this role include being a licensed Behavior Specialist in PA, a Masters degree in relevant field, state licensure, BCBA certification, and experience in providing ABA services.
