The Manager, CRM Analytics researches and analyzes improvement opportunities, conducts analysis, prepares recommendations and facilitates efficiency enhancements.

  • Creates business concepts based on specifications of commissioning business units
  • Serves and advises customers by turning requirements into feasible solutions
  • Supports creation of product vision, goals, and features
  • Helps identify requirements and create product backlog for development
  • Supports Project Manager in maintaining project schedule, budget, work plan, KPIs, and other metrics
  • May engage in support of product launch and transition period after deployment
  • Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers
What it takes to succeed:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, or Computer science
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • At least one Business Analysis Certification from the IIAB (e.g. ECBA, CCBA, CBAP)
