Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Celebration Chevrolet. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Prospecting and Client Communication: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential clients.


Structured Sales Process: Follow and fully utilize our structured sales plan within an easy-to-use CRM system to manage leads and track progress.


Building Relationships: Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.


Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our vehicle lineup and features to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.


Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your persuasive skills, product knowledge, and dedication.


Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile, fully satisfied with their experience and purchase.

What We Offer:


Income Potential: Enjoy uncapped income potential with a commission-based compensation plan. For the first three months, you have the option to choose a $3,000 monthly salary plus 50% commissions. After three months, the position transitions to commission-only.
