As the next Senior Clinical Data Manager, you'll collaborate closely with a diverse project team throughout the study lifecycle to ensure meticulous planning and delivery of data management in a consistent, timely, and high-quality manner. Responsibilities

  • Offer leadership in DM function to enhance trial integrity, speed, and outcomes through timely delivery of high-quality data.
  • Interact with project stakeholders proactively across the project lifecycle to ensure data accuracy and quality, present information effectively, and conduct regular data reviews to identify trends and risks.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members, conduct training for site personnel, and make strategic data-related decisions to support project goals.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, manage database development for new studies, and lead EDC system design and validation activities.
  • Develop and implement data management plans, validation plans, and study documents, ensuring team alignment and understanding of data processes.
  • Review and approve edit checks, supervise external data cleaning activities, and select appropriate data management tools for studies.
  • Utilize data cleaning tools to manage queries effectively, oversee activities for database lock, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Finalize study materials in an eTMF and ensure proper archiving for delivery.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with at least 5 years of clinical data management experience, including experience in a lead role and developing clinical trials databases in an EDC system.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in tools for data management and programming experience in SAS or Business Objects IX.
  • Effective communication skills to showcase work successes and represent the company.
  • Commitment to quality, strong character, critical thinking ability, and agility in response to changes.
