As an Integration Specialist at Rizewell, you will:
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and integration needs.
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect Rizewell products with client systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM).
Manage the entire integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Ensure data security and compliance standards are met throughout the integration process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in integration development and API management.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or
Familiarity with integration platforms and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Dell Boomi).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
