We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with drive and a track record of success to join our team as a Physician Liaison at Hudson Regional Hospital. In this engaging role, you will play a crucial part in establishing and nurturing strong connections with physicians in the New Jersey and New York City region, with a particular focus on Orthopedics, Radiology, Personal Injury, and Same-Day Surgeries. Your main responsibility will be to serve as the key point of contact, fostering trust and understanding the unique requirements of each physician. Your primary objective is to boost referrals to our facility, expanding patient numbers and contributing to our overall triumph.


Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with physicians in the designated area: Attend conferences, networking occasions, and conduct in-person meetings.
  • Educate physicians about the range of services and capacities at our hospital: Emphasize the advantages of directing patients to our institution, placing emphasis on Orthopedics, Radiology, Personal Injury, and Same-Day Surgeries.
  • Identify and tackle any issues or obstacles to referrals: Collaborate to pinpoint resolutions and ensure a seamless referral procedure.
  • Monitor and evaluate referral data: Keep track of performance indicators and discover areas for enhancement.
  • Create and deliver presentations to physician groups and other healthcare experts.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and best practices: Engage in continuous education and training opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or possessing equivalent Sales background.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, ideally with exposure to Orthopedics, Radiology, Personal Injury, and Same-Day Surgeries.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation aptitudes.
  • Thorough comprehension of the healthcare sector and medical jargon.
  • Capability to travel extensively (around 75%) within the designated area.
  • Dependable means of transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to function autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and exceedingly motivated.
