CONSTRUCTION INSIDE SALES REP – HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA

WEBCO HR, Inc. is seeking a Construction Sales Professional for one of our clients located in Huntington Beach, California.

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep to provide excellent customer service to existing clients while developing new business through cold calling and following up on bids and proposals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

· Prospect and contact potential customers

· Responding to REQs and RFPs

· Process and follow-up on bids and proposals

· Oversee the flow of the sales process

· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

· Create sales material to present to customers

​REQUIREMENTS

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

· Construction industry experience preferred

· Familiarity with CRM platforms

· A strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

· Knowledge of the bid and proposal process

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Strong negotiation skills

· Must have a strong desire to get orders and close sales

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

COMPENSATION

· $25 - $30 per hour
