Role Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints with tact and speed, adhering to dealership guidelines
  • Promote sales of branded parts
  • Enhance efficiency of customer interactions within the Parts Department
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and appearance of accessory displays
  • Monitor workflow, handle warranty and billing adjustments, and manage backorders
  • Ensure proper accounting for dealership purchases and assist in collections
  • Notify customers promptly about special-order parts arrival


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of automotive parts department experience preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and follow job-related instructions
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and empathy towards customers
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in computer skills with the ability to lift over 50lbs
  • Valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record
