About the Company: A leading automotive company in Auburn Hills, Michigan is seeking an Intermediate Validation Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers a **HYBRID WORK MODEL**, with 2-3 days per week onsite work. Local candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing verification and validation of automotive systems to ensure compliance with federally regulated guidelines
  • Developing master DVP's for Vehicle Validation and managing DVP&R's
  • Conducting initial root cause analysis activities and documenting test procedures
  • Enhancing test coverage by developing new tests as necessary
  • Providing leadership in testing strategies for multiple vehicle platforms

Pay Range: $34-$38.26 per hour

Requirements:
  • BS degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of automotive test/validation experience
  • 5 years' experience in vehicle development or design engineering
  • Knowledge of DVP&R and DFMEA
  • Skills in reactive problem solving (Shainin/Red X)
