Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Must speak English and Spanish fluently
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of outbound calls promptly and professionally
- Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Record all interactions in our call center database accurately
- Meet personal and team targets for quality and quantity
- Utilize physician EMR systems to identify qualified patients and schedule appointments
Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Customerfocused with the ability to adapt to different personality types
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of EHR systems
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
