Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of outbound calls promptly and professionally
  • Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Record all interactions in our call center database accurately
  • Meet personal and team targets for quality and quantity
  • Utilize physician EMR systems to identify qualified patients and schedule appointments

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening
  • Customerfocused with the ability to adapt to different personality types
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of EHR systems

Pay:
