Casa Hotel is the highest AA rated 4-star hotel in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. An independently owned hotel which boasts 100 bedrooms, 12 meeting rooms accommodating up to 280 guests, it is home to *Cocina,* a beautiful two-rosette restaurant as well as newly refurbished Barca bar.

Our sister hotel is the award-winning 4-star
PEAK EDGE HOTEL, a luxury boutique hotel nestled on the edge of Derbyshires Peak District National Park located 10 minutes drive from Chesterfield Town Centre.

The hotel has recently undergone beautiful renovations and extensions to our restaurant and banqueting rooms.

Our businesses are busy and to support this growth we have expanded the Sales and Marketing team so that one large team is responsible for both properties.

As part of this change, we have created an exciting new opportunity for an experienced
Marketing Manager.

This role will work under the guidance of the Group Marketing Director and will have the support of a Marketing Coordinator to help deliver the marketing plans for both properties various channels.

You will have previous experience in a similar role ideally in a high-volume conference and events environment.

We are looking for a real passion for hotel marketing and a well-developed understanding of the benefits of the digital channels.

We would expect that this experience will have taken around a minimum of 3 years to achieve.

Skills which we are seeking are:

  • A passion for creative and effective marketing;
* excellent planning and organisational skills;

  • Drive, enthusiasm, with a positive can-do attitude;
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ideally experience with copywriting for both traditional and online media with a keen eye for detail.
We manage all our recruitment processes in house. Initial interviews will be via TEAMS or ZOOM.
