As a Brand Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting marketing plans across various social platforms, campaigns, partnerships, and branded activity.

You will work closely with the brand marketing team to assist with cross functional activity, maintain monthly calendars and assist in developing compelling annual campaigns and always on social activity.


Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:
Provide team operational support
Create various reports, recap and PowerPoint decks seen by various teams and levels throughout the organization
Maintain team calendars
Upkeep promotional materials and assets with collaboration of cross functional teams
Research competitive products and brands social and brand activity
Support budget tracking, invoices, and procurement documentation
Curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere).
Experience using social media or brand operational management tools
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a passion for social media, digital or brand marketing.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
