Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Supports customers by issuing SOs/RAs, and follows up with customers on quoted repair items and pending inquiries.
  • Creates, monitors, prepares preinvoicing packets, and creates packing lists and air bills.
  • Observes current procedures and recommend changes for greater efficiency.
  • Process product/s from order receipt to shipment fulfillment (When required).
  • Provides internal support to Operations Department, managing delivery and shipment deadlines. Provides tracking numbers to customers as required.
  • Responsible for the final administration process for quality checks across multiple departments.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience servicing customers in the computer industry, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Windows Desktop Applications.
  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM accurately; ability to use office equipment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
