Skills and qualities I am looking for:

understanding of Client data is a plus
understanding of regulation is a plus
The person will be working with data users across Client globally in order to understand the data uses better and ensure the right questions are asked in order to have sufficient details for review.
Having critical thinking and being able to spot areas where extra clarity is required is thus important.As while this person will not be doing any hands on analytics, Candidate should be also able to speak the same language with data practitioners.
Understanding privacy legislation would be also a benefit, but is a not a requirement.
