Member Experience:
- Demonstrate proper and safe equipment use
- Ensure members follow club rules
- Assist in training assessments and goal setting
- Help clients meet fitness goals through coaching
- Generate client progress reports
- Maintain professional relationships with members

Club Cleanliness and Safety:
- Keep the training area clean and organized
- Perform routine safety checks
- Re-rack equipment and weights

Personal Training Expectations:
- Allocate 50% time to training clients
- Conduct client assessments and measurements
- Spend non-training time on client relationships and development
- Be punctual and ready for all sessions

Personal Training Certifications / Experience:
- Must have approved personal training and CPR/AED certifications
- Preferably educated in related fields and certified in MX4-Level 10

Compensation Details:

Client training pay range: $17.50-$34.00/hour

Non-training pay range: $12.50-$18.00/hour


The job focuses on the overall member experience, cleanliness, safety, and personal training expectations.
