Here's more of what the position entails:

  • Properly manage time. Be at the club at peak business times, including some evenings and some Saturdays/Sundays.
  • Responsible for managing the sales lead process and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Work handinhand with coaches to guide Trial Members through their first TITLE Boxing Club workout
  • Helping maintain the amazing member experience where people achieve the highest levels of physical and mental wellness and have fun while doing so
  • Compliance with and adherence to TBC Standard Operating Procedures for daily club operations
  • Model all club activities through selfinvolvement (leading by example)
  • Ensure TBC branding through consistency and continuity in all actions
  • Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI's).
  • Role in hiring, training, and scheduling of team, staff performance reviews and disciplinary actions in conjunction with management.
  • Assist in planning and promoting special events for the club on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
  • Willingness to occasionally lead classes (in case of emergency)

  • Outgoing and positive personality (required)
