The General Manager oversees all aspects of the business to ensure Guests experience a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and well-stocked shopping environment.
The GM is accountable for meeting performance goals, offering appealing food and beverage options in a safe setting, and enhancing financial results year after year by implementing the Plan to Win Strategy and upholding core values.
Operating in a Staffed, Stable & Scheduled framework, the GM maintains a consistent Team Member atmosphere through training, coaching, and acknowledgment, fostering a safety mindset with a belief in Zero.
Requirements:
- Uphold a safety culture by maintaining a safe environment for Team Members and Guests
- Create a welcoming environment for Guests and Team Members
- Manage the daily execution of the Store Operating System to ensure performance targets are met and financial results are improved
- Improve top-line performance and control financial aspects, analyze reports to enhance sales, manage inventory effectively, and delegate tasks to Team Members
- Oversee food production to ensure safety standards are met, maintain proper inventory levels, and grow sales
- Recruit, hire, and schedule Team Members, train them to handle guest service issues, and engage in community events to boost sales

Qualifications/Certifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Food Safety and Handling Certifications preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform various physical tasks and work in changing weather conditions
- Exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
