The Caregiver, or Resident Assistant (RA), provides various services to support activities of daily living for residents under Nurse supervision. The RA focuses on providing exceptional customer service, showing dignity, and respect in all responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and more
  • Assist residents during dining
  • Complete homemaking tasks
  • Report changes in resident's health status and recommendations for care plan adjustments
  • Thorough daily charting
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver The Waters Way
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn electronic health record systems
  • Compassion, commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care
  • Flexibility with hours and assignments
