Requirements
3+ years of complex financial analysis and planning experienceBachelor's degree in Finance or related business degree requiredStrong analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills
Job Responsibilities:Collaborates with other members of the Finance Team and business managers to prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis focused on key business drivers and identifies noteworthy business insights for managementSupports monthly and quarterly variance analysis of business performance versus annual budget, forecast and prior yearContributes to the long-range planning and forecast processAnalyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and expenseEvaluates financial and operational results to ensure alignment with management's overall corporate budget and key prioritiesContributes to the creation of the annual operating plan and budget and quarterly forecastsPrepares accurate and timely analysis and reporting to assist leadership in assessing performance and making decisionsPresents ad hoc business analysis and recommendations to management as assigned
