Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring all Design Controls aspects of an acquisition are addressed through various actions such as developing new requirements, test methods, risk documentation, and testing.
  • Supporting manufacturing transitions between vendors.
  • Assisting in project work for EUMDR approval.
  • Maintaining product safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Trained in change management processes.
  • Supporting R&D project planning and activities.
  • Compliance with quality system regulations.
  • Assisting in additional business-related activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in design controls.
  • 2+ years of project leadership/management experience.
  • Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO 13485.
  • Experience in quality and compliance assessment for design and process changes.
  • Proficiency in design verification, validation activities, and test method development.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent worker.
  • Working knowledge of MiniTab and SolidWorks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading multiple projects for product design or process changes.
  • 3+ years of Electro/Mechanical experience.
  • Participation in new product development projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as silicone molding, laser welding, etc.
  • Experience with SAP and Windchill is a plus.
  • Human Factors/Usability experience is advantageous.

Qualifications: 5-8 Years with BS, 3-6 Years with MS, 0-3 Years with PhD
