Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with assigned customers and brokers
  • Solicit profitable loads from brokers
  • Work on excel spreadsheets
  • Work with SSI Powerpro TMS system (will train)
  • Tracking system is Omnitracs
  • Data entry
  • Track and Trace Shipment Progress and update customers on the status of loads when needed.
  • Back up other team members when needed
  • Communication with the operations team regarding issues and updates.
Work schedule, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (on call when needed)
