Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver risk training to employees, reinforcing a culture of preparedness
  • Propel risk reduction and awareness campaigns within the organization
  • Stay updated on pertinent federal and state privacy statutes and accreditation norms
  • Evaluate and remedy eventualities threatening financial stability or jeopardizing patient or environmental safety
  • Carry out periodic proactive risk assessments, rectifying weaknesses and relaying results to leadership
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, psychology, counseling, or related fields
  • At least two years of experience in healthcare compliance, patient safety, quality management, risk, clinical/counseling, or analogous professions
Additional Qualifications:

  • Background steeped in quality and/or risk management competencies and tools
  • Adroitness in general office principles and tactics, including using digital surveillance and monitoring apps
  • Strategic foresight to comprehend intricate methods and integrate them seamlessly
  • Persuasive spoken and written communication abilities
  • Research literacy, adept at deciphering legislative texts and applying relevant certifications, approvals, and licensing standards
