- Propel risk reduction and awareness campaigns within the organization

- Carry out periodic proactive risk assessments, rectifying weaknesses and relaying results to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, psychology, counseling, or related fields
- At least two years of experience in healthcare compliance, patient safety, quality management, risk, clinical/counseling, or analogous professions
- Background steeped in quality and/or risk management competencies and tools
- Adroitness in general office principles and tactics, including using digital surveillance and monitoring apps
- Strategic foresight to comprehend intricate methods and integrate them seamlessly
- Persuasive spoken and written communication abilities
- Research literacy, adept at deciphering legislative texts and applying relevant certifications, approvals, and licensing standards
