Salary Range: $25 - $32 / hour DOE
Registered Client Associate Requirements:
- Must have Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), Outlook, and CRM systems
- Strong client-facing skills, with a polished and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well under a micromanager and juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and strong in customer service
- Familiarity with Thomson ONE, Envestnet, CRM, and Money Guide Pro is preferred
- Experience with Excel formulas is preferred
- Support two advisors by managing client interactions and operational tasks
- Participate in daily team huddles to discuss open client tasks
- Manage tasks using the CRM system, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Handle an average of four client meetings per week, including greeting clients, settling them into meetings, and managing follow-up action items
- Provide excellent client service by handling client phone calls and emails
- Perform administrative tasks such as sending out checks, setting up ACH transfers, and opening new accounts
- Execute simple trades and manage paperwork as per advisor direction
- Maintain regular communication with clients, including closing out tasks and conducting annual reviews
- Stay informed about market trends and news to engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Utilize technology effectively, including CRM systems and various financial platforms
