Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Design Engineering team to address manufacturing challenges early in product development
- Define manufacturing readiness requirements and conduct milestone reviews
- Research and implement new manufacturing technologies to enhance product quality
- Manage operational issues during pre-production builds and optimize manufacturing yields
- Investigate and resolve failures in production and integration processes
- Ensure design intent is met by conducting build quality reviews
- Deliver manufacturing processes capabilities including equipment and workmanship standards
- Monitor product success through production ramp
- Manage suspect materials and assemblies

As a Sr. PCBA Manufacturing Engineer at Project Kuiper, you will play a pivotal role in driving electrical sub-system manufacturing and delivery.

About the Team:The PCBA Manufacturing and Test Engineering team collaborates with various departments to support manufacturing and test processes.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in PCBA/PCB supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering
- Experience with board assembly processes and equipment
- Experience in leading DFX reviews for design quality
- Master's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in PCBA/PCB supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering
- Experience with industry standard PLM and DFX systems
- Proficiency in IPC standards for PCB and PCBA fabrication
