CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Provide to support the overall supplier enablement process
  • Assist with processing supplier requests daily using RPMA
  • Develop a good business relationship with the suppliers and internal customers
  • Assist internal and external users on processes
  • Support areas such as Purchasing, Catalog management and other duties
  • Coupa cXML and Punchout Catalog support
  • Assist with special projects

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Required:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Hybrid remote work schedule available

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours/week throughout the school year with flexibility for exams and school projects
  • Proactive and hard-working
  • Strong PC skills and adaptability to new systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel) is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work
  • Ability to work as a team player in a large group setting
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities
