As a Business Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator at Avient Protective Materials Greenville, your main role includes managing internal site communications and overseeing community initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing community and public affairs programs while ensuring alignment with corporate values and enhancing local community engagement.

In this role, you will collaborate with employees at all levels, work closely with the Site Director and Plant Management Team, and engage with community representatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to safety and security guidelines and report any incidents promptly.
  • Embody and promote Avient Protective Materials' values in all actions.
  • Support Manufacturing Excellence efforts and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Business Group Communication office to deliver relevant messages to the US audience.
  • Coordinate customer visits and create tailored presentations for visitors.
  • Manage internal and external communication channels effectively.
  • Compile and share business information with the Global Leadership Team.
  • Identify and implement innovative communication strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and protect intellectual property.

Requirements:
