3rd shift, Production Machine Op (High Heat/Heavy Lifting) $20.65

WORK LOCATION: GREER OFF HWY 101.

Metal Fabrication/Production Facility (ovens used to melt materials generating HEAT). Ability to work in HIGH TEMPERATURES throughout the year is a must.

Varying schedules and pay rates (as per current requirements)

  • 3rd shift: $20.65
  • 3rd shift: Sunday night – Thursday night with potential overtime on some Friday nights as needed - 10:50pm-7am

ON-SITE ASSESSMENT MANDATORY Strong math skills necessary, including proficiency in fractions, decimals, and using rulers and other measuring instruments.

STRICT ATTENDANCE POLICY. Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Successful completion of a 10 panel drug test and 7-year national criminal background check mandatory.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Loading and unloading machines
  • Operating hoists, cranes, and forklifts
  • Running shot peens and hydraulic presses
  • Packing springs for shipment
  • Measuring spring dimensions with rulers, micrometers, and squares
  • General material handling and supporting qualified operators
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Demonstrating safe work practices
  • Collaborating as part of a production team
  • Adapting to daily or frequent changes in tasks
  • Working in a production cell with multiple machines and products
  • Operating within an ISO 9001 quality system
  • Consistently working the assigned shift
  • Previous experience in these tasks not mandatory but highly preferred.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong math skills including proficiency in fractions, decimals, and using rulers and other measuring instruments
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times hourly.

We are searching for a motivated Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will handle various responsibilities related to warehouse operations and production. This is a full-time role with prospects for growth.

Duties:
- Utilize power tools and machinery for fabrication and assembly tasks
- Follow blueprints and instructions for precise production


- Perform quality assessments on finished products to guarantee compliance
- Maintain a tidy work area
- Assist with inventory control and stock management
- Operate forklifts and other handling equipment when necessary
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve production targets

Criteria:
- Preferable background in warehouse or production environments
- Sound mechanical knowledge and adeptness with hand tools
- Efficient and safe operation of power tools
- Familiarity with fabrication and assembly procedures
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions
- Good physical endurance and capability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Forklift certification advantageous

R&R Resolute Staffing

  • Office Hours: Operating from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Final walk-ins accepted until 6:00 PM. Please plan your visit accordingly.
  • Assessment: Depending on the specific role, there may be on-site evaluations related to mathematical skills, tape measure proficiency, mechanical aptitude, and basic computer knowledge. If evaluation is a requisite, the interview process may span up to an hour. We recommend you prepare to stay for 30 minutes to an hour.
