Legend Biotech is seeking People Engagement Specialist as part of the Human Resources team based in Raritan, NJ.
Role Overview
The Engagement Specialist role plays a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and oversight of employee engagement projects at the manufacturing site. This role is responsible for co-designing, managing, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that drive overall site engagement, and improve engagement level. This role will report directly to Site General Manager, with dotted-line to site HR Business Partner, and work closely with site leaderships as well as HR (including HR Business Partners, Global Talent Development team and local L&D Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical oversight of project execution, ensuring on-time delivery
- Manage project logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Use data insights to allocate resources effectively, drive project enhancements, and make rea-time adjustments as necessary.
- Coordinate the launch of projects, ensuring seamless delivery
- Analyze project performance metrics and outcomes/data analysis, including but not limited to preparing data-driven reports and presentations on the impact and success of employee engagement projects
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on project status, performance, making data-driven decisions of optimization
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- 3 years of experience in project management, talent development, or related roles, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and oversight
- Strong understanding of talent development and project/program management best practices, with a data-centric approach
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, project management software, and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural organization
- Proven experience in managing HR related projects, specifically in engagement, talent management, talent development, etc.
- Expertise in utilizing data for project/program customization, optimization, and decision-making
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development and project management a plus
