  • Ensure production levels are met by anticipating needs, setting goals, and establishing priorities.
  • Determine optimal manning requirements to maximize throughput efficiently.
  • Anticipate equipment/tooling needs, provide recommendations, and develop alternatives to prevent production downtime.
  • Achieve budget limitations for total unit cost.
  • Lead the plant Continuous Improvement team, encouraging and proposing cost-saving measures.
  • Promote safety and health programs, leading by example and maintaining clean work areas.
  • Meet or exceed product quality specifications and turnaround ratios.
  • Identify potential in team members, taking action to develop and advance employees.
  • Foster cooperation between shifts, ensure effective communication, and offer recognition.
  • Address disciplinary issues promptly and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Adhere to Quality Systems requirements and follow Lean Manufacturing procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with employees, supervisors, engineers, visitors, and corporate officials.
  • 5+ years of Senior Management experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Google applications.

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to continuously walk, stand, and lift.

Equipment Used:
  • PC and General Office Equipment.
