Expand and operationalize donor stewardship initiatives that drive annual gift upgrades.

Project Management & Campaign Implementation:

Create content, manage work with department colleagues, oversee work with vendors, track results, and pivot as needed based on internal needs and campaign response rates.

Collaborate with Administrative staff on in-house donor mailings and other fundraising campaigns and donor-stewardship requirements.
Implement stewardship initiatives and the sustained giving program.

Improve performance of email marketing and social and paid media as fundraising tools.

Support the development of a long-term fundraising plan and major gift program for NCOA in collaboration with the Senior Director of Philanthropy and the CDMO.

Help achieve national leadership gift goals for the annual fund campaign (targets to be determined).

Create donor profiles that drive donor segmentation, acquisition strategies and house file conversion by synthesizing internal and external data.

Engage directly with annual fund donors by qualifying their motivations and interests, responding to inquiries, and stewarding their gifts through customized touchpoints.

Collaborate with Advancement's Digital & Marcom teams to develop and drive digital marketing strategies that effectively engage and convert donors and prospects.

Define cohesive message testing strategies to continually improve donor communications in a methodological manner.

Develop messaging and individual giving campaign content in tandem with the Marcom team's efforts to build our brand and reframe aging.
