Scope:

The Chief Engineer of Systems Engineering within the Central & Digital Engineering Department is responsible for defining strategy, standards, processes, and training to drive Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Transformation at Elbit America for the Systems Engineering domain.

Represents the domain in various technical engagements, approves process tailoring, and ensures standard processes are followed. The Chief Engineer may lead teams directly or indirectly to achieve world-class business outcomes.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
Develop and deliver the strategic plan for domain, ensuring alignment with the product strategy where applicable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish process excellence and implement MBSE and Digital Engineering capabilities.

Analyze engineering requirements and define digitally transformed processes to achieve world-class outcomes.

Support project planning, risk assessment, and effectively communicate risks and opportunities

Identify and address needs within the domain, fostering a collaborative team environment.
