The Patient Service Representative plays a key role in various patient and customer service-related tasks within the department, emphasizing a team-based approach to care. Team members undergo training to achieve the highest functional standards according to state guidelines. They are responsible for coordinating patient care, assisting patients/families/caregivers in self-management, and contributing to the management of the patient population.
