  • Responsible for oversight of education requirements which include DRDP observation and assessments, Parent Teacher Conferences, and ASQ screenings and referral tracking; health requirements which include child physical exams, child immunizations and vision and health screenings, and Infant and Toddler Needs and Services Plans; teacher demographic and qualification input in SDQPI data software system.
  • Generate frequent and ongoing education monitoring reports to meet requirements according to Title 22, Title 5, and HSPS, including Program Self Evaluation requirements and SDQPI contract data requirements and deadlines
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the Site Directors to meet data requirements is inputted in data software systems
  • Maintain accurate data integrity and oversight across database systems used in the Operations department, which include ChildPlus, Learning Genie, Vertical Change, ASQ Online, DRDP Online, CAIR, and ReadyRosie.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Family and Student Support and the Director of Education in ensuring the quality of requirements is implemented at the sites to increase child and family outcomes
  • Establish rapport, effective communication and troubleshooting with data system representatives and maintain annual subscriptions
  • Collaborate with other supervisor(s), Department Directors to establish required deadlines
  • Provide training and technical assistance to related department managers as needed regarding monitoring and compliance
  • Provide direct supervision to data technicians and their responsibilities

Support Assistant Director of Child Development with

  • Monitoring and pulling data essentials for annual reporting
  • Collaborating with HR on utilizing data systems to maintain compliance with staff ?les
  • Monitoring completion and ?ndings of Internal Monitoring in ChildPlus
  • Creating monitoring systems using data and technology systems to increase quality
  • Modifying ChildPlus modules for program and quality improvement
  • Administrative tasks to maintain and improve quality for overall site operations and compliance

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

  • BA in Child Development or a related ?eld and Teacher or higher CD Permit
  • At least 3 years experience in Early Childhood Education and/or Child Development preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in administration and management preferred
  • Valid California Driver's License

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at various locations, as needed.
  • Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds to support children.
  • Ability to bend and squat to interact with children
  • Ability to see to work on computer equipment or work with an appropriate accommodation.
