About the Company:
- Our client is a strategy firm dedicated to enhancing the employee experience through culture, communication, change, leadership, and design looking to add a Bookkeeper to their growing team.

Responsibilities of The Bookkeeper:
- The Bookkeeper will handle all Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- The Bookkeeper will check the accuracy of business transactions
- The Bookkeeper will compute and record numerical data
- Invoicing and invoice prep
- Reaching out and checking on timesheet submissions, expense report submissions
- Go through and audit the data once a month
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Preferred qualifications for the Bookkeeper role:
- 1+ years of general accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Previous ERP experience is a PLUS
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Previous exposure to AP/AR functions
- Familiar with Excel
