About the Company: The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, established in 1951, is a pioneering professional organization in the field of implant dentistry, boasting a global membership of over 4,000 dentists.

Primary Duties:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporations and organizations to boost revenue
  • Manage business development, advertising, and sales activities
  • Identify new revenue channels and oversee advertising sales and sponsorship budgets
  • Oversee sponsorships and exhibits for conferences and events

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience in sponsorship, sales, and fundraising
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, build relationships, and interact with corporate executives
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with association databases
  • Travel and evening availability may be required

Compensation:

  • $85,000 annual base salary plus commission and bonuses
