Responsibilities
- Support Line Maintenance and Process Engineering in troubleshooting and improving wafer manufacturing.
- Collaborate with vendors to install and familiarize with new semiconductor equipment.
- Enhance Production Equipment performance by procuring, installing, and troubleshooting, among other tasks.
- Analyze equipment failures and trends to implement performance enhancements.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs using specialized tools.
- Interact with various departments to prioritize tasks and update on equipment status.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide support during unscheduled events and optimize escalation procedures.
- Train maintenance technicians to enhance response time and efficiency.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Experience in creating and maintaining operational documents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and cooling systems.
- Proficiency in electronic troubleshooting and multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft applications.
