Their range of services includes natural gas gathering, processing, transportation, storage, NGL transportation, crude oil services, and petrochemical transportation. They also have a significant marine transportation business operating in the U.S. inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership boasts an impressive infrastructure including 50,000 miles of pipelines, 260 million barrels of storage capacity, and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.

The Control Systems & Cybersecurity Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Automation on SCADA, Facilities, Terminals, and Pipeline Stations Cybersecurity efforts, reporting to the Senior Manager of CSMS. This position involves contributing to special projects, leading research and development initiatives, and ensuring group compliance. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Development and enhancement of standards, procedures, and documentation for Automation CSMS related to Cybersecurity.
  • Supporting Automation Cybersecurity aspects of operations upgrades and capital projects.
  • Validating compliance for all cyber security technology used for system protection under CSMS responsibility.
  • Leading the R&D activities for Automation Cyber Security.
  • Conducting on-site Cyber Security audits at facilities as per CSMS guidelines.
  • Guiding and supporting Automation engineering projects related to Cyber Security measures.

Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is mandatory.
  • At least 2 of the following Certifications required: GICSP, CISM, CISSP, CNIE.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Industrial Control System Cybersecurity.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently or collaboratively within the organization.
  • Physically capable of light work, including occasional lifting of at least 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and performing other physical activities as necessary.
  • Ready to travel approximately 25% of the time.
