  • Responsibilities may include contract accounting, project schedule management, financial reporting, payroll processing, contract administration, purchasing, and more.
  • Maintain contract budgets, prepare contract billing, estimates, and delivery schedules.
  • Comply with financial controls, evaluate program status, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor program requirements and cost performance.
  • Prepare financial and administrative reports for contracts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and help maintain program resource plan.


More About the Role:

  • Ensure projects are properly set up to capture costs, recognize revenue, and comply with policies.
  • Focus on Annual Plan and Monthly Forecast submissions.
  • Prepare various project financial reports and perform project financial reporting.
  • Review and analyze pricing models provided by Pricing Department.


You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Handle subcontract requirements, analyze financial anomalies, prepare adjusting journal entries.
  • Build reports, maintain accurate forecasts, analyze costs, and trends.
  • Must have a degree in finance or related field with years of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint, IBM COGNOS, Oracle CAPS, etc.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
