- Exceptional computer skills. Word and Excel proficiency a must.
- Strong understanding of payables process and procedures.
- Advanced working knowledge of Great Plains.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing employee expense reports for proper coding, appropriate proof of expense, and in line with travel and expense policy.
- Reviewing/posting manual wire/ACH disbursement batches.
- Monthly reconciling of corporate credit card statements.
- Preparing 1099's filings.
- Reconciling, monitoring, and journalizing charge backs.
- Assisting with internal and external audit requests.
- Identifying issues and/or areas for improvement in the work environment, production processes, projects, and systems. Participating in testing upgrades and implementation of software.
Education:
- BA/BS, Accounting or Finance. Equivalent working experience will be considered.
