Requirements for the Role:

  • Proficiency in fabrication techniques and manufacturing processes
  • Experience in designing components for durability in challenging environments
  • Familiarity with thermal system design and FEA analysis
  • Strong understanding of vibration analysis and reduction strategies
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with precision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits
  • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in electrified powertrain systems
  • Proficiency in CAD systems (Inventor / CREO)
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional handling of items weighing up to 30 pounds
