JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a seasoned professional in the telecom, electrical, and civil construction industries to spearhead Pramira's business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be well-connected and respected in these sectors, acting as a problem-solver and thought leader for clients and partners, fostering long-term relationships and possessing strong operational acumen.

This role will be located in Southern California.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a business strategy with annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Strategically generate leads, identify, qualify, and secure significant sales opportunities.
  • Create a multi-line of business value proposition in collaboration with Pramira's lines of businesses.
  • Engage customers in a consultative approach by having a deep understanding of Pramira's core services and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Pramira's leadership, product management, engineering, bid management, finance, and operations to structure deals that bring value to customers.
  • Lead the response to RFPs with Pramira's Sales Support Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development within telecommunications, civil construction, or electrical industries.
  • Demonstrated relationships at the highest levels in wireless telecom, electrical, and civil construction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms to track and report on opportunities and key metrics.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, driving sales processes to closure.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Prioritize advancing information infrastructure using knowledge in wireless and wireline communications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the US and work extended hours as needed.
