Job Details:

Role Overview: As a Clerical Support Assistant, you will provide administrative assistance within the clinic, handling tasks such as reception, telephone communications, medical records, charge entry, and more. You will work closely with the healthcare team and patients to address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, showcasing accountability for relationship-based care and our core values.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Welcoming and assisting patients/caregivers with professionalism
  • Following up with patients on missed appointments
  • Maintaining patient charts and records with confidentiality

Qualifications:
