Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, meeting performance targets
Accurately respond to and educate borrowers on service inquiries
Maintain accurate borrower records and account information
Follow scripted campaigns and transfer inquiries to appropriate departments
Provide administrative support, including printing and stuffing servicing letters
Collaborate with supervisors and contribute feedback for process improvements
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Two years Customer Service experience in a customer call center is preferred
Mortgage industry and/or Financial Services experience is a plus
Ability to build rapport quickly to convert inquiries into proper transfers to departments/agents for resolution
Bilingual skills are a plus
MSP or FICS Mortgage Servicer a plus
Education:
High School
