What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Oversee Contract Development and Management: Direct all organizational contract activities, ensuring integrity and compliance.
  • Establish Contract Standards and Draft Provisions: Develop and implement standards for clarity and consistency.
  • Ensure Proper Contract Fulfillment: Guarantee contracts meet policy, legal, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments: Collaborate to enhance negotiation strategies.
  • Review and Recommend Contract Acceptance: Evaluate contracts and propose revisions for consistency.
  • Negotiate Various Agreements: Handle negotiations for NDAs, TAs, and subcontract agreements.

  • Ensure Lifecycle Performance: Oversee contract lifecycle and conflict resolution.
