Requirements for working with SYNERGY HomeCare:

  • Complete a criminal background check with no disqualifying convictions
  • Complete all training and education requirements
  • Able to assist those with debilitating dieseases such as, ALS, Parkinson's, MS and Dementias
  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate with management, client's and families
  • Ability to provides assistance with all ADL's required in the plan of care
  • Be Reliable
  • Have transportation and proof of auto insurance (when required)
  • Have a Heart of Gold
