  • Availability to work within the following _Hours of Operation _are REQUIRED for the _in person position_: Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday (8am-8pm), Friday (8am-7pm), Quarterly Saturday/Sunday (9am-3pm)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Heavy phone work
  • Efficiently answer patient inquiries by providing general information, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling their appointments, etc. via phone
  • Document all accounts, update patient demographics, and create medical records
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and quality customer service

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma /GED a MUST; College Degree Preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or a call center is required.
  • Healthcare background is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish (Preferred not required)
  • GREAT BENEFITS and scheduled PTO and some holidays
  • Must be able to provide work references
* *Must be able to work on a flexible schedule up to 8pm daily (weekdays) and nearly every other weekends.
