Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll coordinating with third-party vendor and ensuring accurate recording in company's ERP system
  • Calculate and process payroll taxes such as federal and state income taxes, social security, and Medicare taxes
  • Working with third-party vendor, review and reconcile all payroll tax related files and forms, tax payments and tax returns
  • Respond to tax authority inquiries and audit requests
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to payroll tax laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll tax related role
  • Strong Excel and computer system experience
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Positive, customer-service attitude and effective communicator
  • Strong attention to detail and good math skills

Salary:
$55K - $75K DOE
